Kiwifit Sutton is located at Sutton Cross. We provide gym membership, personal training, group training and pain and injury clinic. At Kiwifit, we pride ourselves on our high level of service and expertise.
In our facility we have everything you need in order to get into shape and to feel great. Our private gym means that you can focus on your training without distraction. At Kiwifit you have an exercise program designed specifically to cater for your needs and goals. Our trainers will provide you with the motivation and guideance so that you attain these goals. We are available to all ages for private or semi-private training sessions where you have access to our knowledge and expertise.
We have a pain and injury clinic in Sutton where our sports rehabilitator and neuromuscular therapists provide soft tissue treatments in order to relieve pain, increase mobility and solve muscle and joint dysfunction. We use a number of manual techniques, dry needling and ultrasound therapy.
