I started my 100days of training, you can check it out here in my private group.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/kiwifit.us8.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=808da68b05f863ce5860fcf02&amp;id=bbc77ef33b&amp;e=07df0d7adc\">https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/1874635296180278\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>New Years resolution or not we all try to get \u2018back on the wagon\u2019. And, how is that going??? Yep, tough isn\u2019t it? It\u2019s so easy to say, \u2018I\u2019ve done 3 days this week, I can rest today\u2019\u2026 \u2018sure, I\u2019ve been good all week I\u2019ll just have one glass of wine\u2019\u2026 And before you know it, you start slipping back into that same old routine with the same old results.<\/p>\n<p>So, to help you this week, and as you go along, I want you to remember your WHY.<br \/>\nWhat is your WHY? Why are you doing this, what is your reason for clocking up the miles or hitting the gym? There has got to be something, something that motivates you.<\/p>\n<p>This is who motivates me, my 3 girls\u2026 they are the best. And, being a good husband and father is what motivates me to get out of bed at 6am and go for a run!<\/p>\n<p>So find your why, be it health related, body shape related, pschologically motivated, whatever. Why are you doing this and how will achieving your goals make you feel?<br \/>\nWrite it down. I am doing this because \u2026. and I am going to feel \u2026 when I achieve this.
