‘I would like to say a big thank you on behalf of my mother and myself for all your advise and help in the run up to my brothers wedding. My mum lost a stone and I lost 5% body fat following your programs in the gym. Thank you for your time and dedication. We were both so happy in the day in our dresses and felt great having lost the weight. I had been in the gym for one year only doing classes and did not lose the weight until you advised on what to do. The classes I had been doing did not achieve the same results. Thank you so much again.’

Regards

Barbara
