“Time and Health are two assets that we don’t recognise and appreciate until they’ve been depleted”

My motivation is to inspire, encourage and empower each and every client that I work with. My passion is to get you to a place of physical, emotional and mental transformation that you may currently think is out of reach. I work with people of all fitness levels, from those who have never been in a gym before, to those who want to take on a new goal or their next big challenge. Your personal goals may be a combination of the following; to reduce body fat, loose weight and inches, drop a dress size, improve your bodyshape , gain some muscle or you may just want to increase your strength and endurance or boost your self confidence.

The role I play is in showing you how to create a healthy lifestyle that will last you a lifetime in addition to guiding you to attain the body you want to sculpt. Together we will come up with a plan of what you want to achieve, what obstacles are stopping you from reaching your specific goal and how to get you there through nutrition, exercise and mindset.

During your training sessions, I will give you my all everytime! My positive and enthusiastic personality will give you that push and motivation you need. I will ensure you train safely using correct technique at an intensity that will challenge you. I care about your goal and understand how tough it can be at times when you lack energy, willpower, focus or are having an off day. So whether you choose to train at 6am or 8.30pm on a Friday evening, your session will be intense ,results driven and focused on you! You will leave feeling invigorated with great sense of achievement and more importantly, you will be one workout closer to hitting your goal.

If you would like to have a chat or book a free consultation with me, please call me on 01-804191701-8041917. A year from now, your body will thank you for it!

I am a professional football player since 1999 and have played and won trophies in Ireland and Malta .I am a qualified fai coach and beginning my S and C course with KG ELITE in December .Finess has been my life since I was a teenager and I have built up my career around a foundation of three very important things 1)discipline in everything I throw myself into .2) professionalism ; always be professional and this will stand to you throughout your career 3 ) Desire ; To try and improve and never be satisfied with the level your at and keep learning every day . These things have helped me immensely and I try use these cornerstones to help each of my clients reach their goals , we all have ups and downs but I find when you have a plan and an ethos in the way we act and react to different situations , these help us to get where we want to go and there is no reason why we can’t enjoy it as well as nothing makes you feel as good as pushing yourself and maximising your potential and that’s my aim with everybody I work with.
